Cancellation/Refund
Sessions may be cancelled or rescheduled at no cost at least 24hrs in advance. Any cancellations or requests to reschedule made less than 24hrs but more than one hour ahead of the scheduled session time will result in a charge of half the price of that session. Cancellations within one hour, including no-shows, will result in a charge of the full session price.

Payment
Payment is due no later than at the time of service. Sessions can be paid for online in advance or in person at the time of service.

Termination of services
Adult students, guardians of child students, and Ms. Saxon all have the right to end tutoring services for any reason. If a client terminates services, any remaining costs will remain due or be refunded as outlined in the cancellation/refund policy. In cases where Ms. Saxon terminates service, any sessions scheduled past the termination of service will not be charged, and any pre-paid sessions past the termination of service will be refunded.

What ages do you teach?
Any age so long as they are learning 1^st grade math through Pre-Calculus. This means I’m happy to work with slightly younger students who are learning at more advanced levels or adults who are working on their GED or taking courses such as college algebra.

Where do you conduct your tutoring?
I mainly tutor at students’ homes, but my policy is that another adult must be present at all times. I can also meet in public spaces, such as coffee shops, which can be more convenient or comfortable for older students.

Do you work with students who are neurodivergent or who have disabilities?
Yes! Because my tutoring is individualized, it is easy to be fully inclusive and provide a space that meets different needs and celebrates different strengths. Please note that I only provide educational support, so non-academic needs will still require whatever support that student usually receives.
